Ukrainian Red Borscht Soup Recipe
About the Creation
Moselle Community Project created one of the soup recipes used at the Haringey Feast.
A Ukrainian Red Borscht recipe, Український червоний борщ, a vibrantly red beet and cabbage soup made by local cook, Ganna Shklyaruk, was chosen. In Ganna’s words:
‘This soup takes me back to my childhood in my grandma's house. I have fond memories of 3 generations of my family getting together to cook and enjoy the soup served with freshly baked homemade bread’
About the Community
