Sophia House

Sophia House is a Haringey Council supported housing scheme in Seven Sisters for residents 50+.

Across the last year an enthusiastic group of residents have met weekly in their communal lounge to design and create decorations for a memorial service for residents who passed 2020-2022 and festive celebrations. The group use recycled materials to create very beautiful and charming objects and adornments. 

The group welcome residents from within the scheme and living locally to join their creative, social group. 

Together they support each other to keep connected with their neighbours, wider community and their creative selves. The group are from countries around the world and love to share their life stories, cultures and wisdom.
