About the Creation

Multidisciplinary artist Jasmine Kahlia created a unique performance for the Haringey Feast using Live Looping.

Introductory Beatbox and Vocal Looping workshops with local people were held across the borough to develop the performance. Attendees were taught how to make simple beatbox motifs and live looping alongside popular songs, such as Uptown Funk by Bruno Mars!

For this project, Jasmine Kahlia collaborated with renowned rapper Dun D and poet Kieron Rennie.
