Lordship Hub Café (by children’s playground),
Lordship Rec,
Off Higham Road,
Tottenham, London
N17 6NU

Honouring local hero Luke Howard (1772-1864), Namer of Clouds, come along and help artist Doodlegänger and Bruce Castle Museum make two storytelling chairs for the Haringey Feast.

Inspired by early weather-watcher Luke Howard, you too can look at the wide open skies of Lordship Rec and cloud-watch at the UK’s first official Cloud Appreciation Park at Lordship Rec and have fun illustrating your own cloud-shapes with Doodlegänger. We are also recording phrases and sayings about the weather in different languages – so bring one along and share and add to the chair!

Drop by and add your drawing or weather saying to our story-chairs. Find us by the café at Lordship Hub next to the children’s playground. If wet weather, we will be inside the Hub by the café.

See you there!

Once designed, the chairs will be used by the community at the Haringey Feast at Alexandra Palace in November. After the event, the chairs will be used by the community for storytelling.
